Are your repairs done on site?Yes! Our certified goldsmiths are qualified to do repairs in house. Repairs include (but are not limited to) ring sizing, chain repairs, setting diamonds/gemstones, refinishing, soldering, and much, much more.

Do you offer appraisals?Yes! Appraisals are documents for your home insurance and also to prepare for your estate. We complete all appraisals on-site. Appraisals include a photo of your item, a full description and a replacement value.

What is the custom design process?Whether you're starting from scratch or providing your old stones and/or gold, we can make your jewellery dreams reality! Book an appointment with a goldsmith or trained team member. Do a little homework - what are you hoping for? Google, Instagram, Pinterest and our website are great places to get ideas. Come prepared. Bring all your unwanted gold and stones. Unsure if they're genuine? That's OK! Bring everything. We'll go through your items and let you know whats what. Sit down with our team to discuss your ideas. Initial design begins. Continue the discussion via email, phone or in person if needed. We will provide a CAD or sketch to preview a 3D illustration of your piece. Approve CAD and move onto a quote. Make a deposit to approve the quote. Time for us to work our magic! Our completion time is approximately 6-8 weeks and once complete, you'll be able to enjoy your custom piece for decades to come.

Can I use my own gold in a new project?Yes! We can meltdown your broken, out of style or unwanted jewellery and create something new just for you. Do you have a lot of yellow gold and would prefer white gold? We can make your yellow gold white (or rose) gold!

Do you buy old gold?In short, sometimes. We buy old gold at scrap value. We will not buy old jewellery to put in our showcase and resell. We only consider buying gold if you have a minimum of 10 grams or more. Bring in your unwanted gold to see if you qualify.
